Big Boys Don’t Cry
Major achievement for my little man. Samson cut his hair! Will he be weak? According to legend, yes. Don’t believe me? Look into Native American history during war. Yes, they were hired for their special abilities that other men did not possess (that is, the white man). However, some soldier’s hair was cut as is still customary and guess what was the outcome of that? They no longer possessed the special abilities that they had and therefore pretty much rendered useless for the war. That is, it was for their special abilities that they were recruited.*
- According to the story, running for a while around the internet (I need to interview the decendents to see if this tale is true).
As you can tell my boy has aboriginal blood, well now that side is showing more in his features than any other mix that he has.
As you can see little man has always had long hair and not once cut at all. I am proud of our Native American side, the Caribbean Taino’s to be precise. He actually looks a lot like me when he had his hair loose. However, he was starting to be confused as a girl and his hair was bothering his eyes. So off it was to go.
He was such a trooper! And he got cookies along with a cool fire deparment vehicle to get his cut. I think any kid actually would love that.
Afterwards little man received an even bigger reward!
Now soon his brother will be next!
As you can see his younger brother’s unruly curly hair would be even more problematic if his hair grew just as long as L.A.’s. 😅
