This quote was actually written by me or i could say learnt from books and wrote it in my language. We know world is full of people who keep in complaining and criticizing but those who appreciate are very less.
Everyone wants recognition and appreciation or i could say everyone craves for it, on the other hand criticisms demotivate them and distract them from their goals. Also, if you complain again and again about anything, you can't grow.
