Rest If You Must

Being busy is often mistaken for being productive.
Most people think that successful people are always busy,
And that they get more things done.
But being busy does not always equate to being productive.
One can be busy doing nothing at all.
And worse, anyone can always act as if they are busy.

Sometimes, we are also truly busy with things, work, studies, etc.
And sometimes, we also need to get some rest.
Rest if you must, and don't be ashamed of being idle for some time.
Studies show that people who take regular breaks,
Are more productive and are happier.
They are less likely to experience burn-out
And they take time to enjoy the little things in life.

Get some rest. Rest if you must.
After all, our health is truly our wealth.
Yes, we need to get things done.
We need to work hard!
But without good health,
Everything is pretty much useless.

Regain your strength!
Live to fight another day.
Be smart. Work smart!
