Fear is a very human reaction, part of our natural survival instinct, but sometimes our feelings of fear for something happen in situations where there is no real danger.
The fear will only make us fail, even fail before we start fighting. Remember that the thought of a thing is often worse than it is.
In these situations we must learn to control our fears.

There's an effective tool that I use to overcome thought (of fear or any other) - conscious deep breathing. Try it. One cannot breathe deeply and think at the same time. So Simple. So effective. 🙂
