I really love this quote.
It's so simple yet so true and powerful at the same time.

We all know if we stop moving on a bicycle we will fall over, and exactly the same is true in life.
When we stop moving we allow ourselves to fall in a heap and wallow in our own pity. If we lose a job is a prime example of this. When we don't go straight out and look for another job it becomes too easy to no longer want to work, sitting around doing nothing becomes much more frequent.
