The thing is, whenever we win small achievements we get happy and become too comfortable enjoying little successes thereby getting dangerously contented with it.
Don't get me wrong, it's nice and healthy to celebrate even the tiniest bit of achievement but we shouldn't really get to comfortable and let go of bigger successes.
