Today I would like to share with you a quote by H. Jackson Brown Jr. He said “The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today”.

It is very true and it is better if we could break our personal best everyday, than we might be a successful person in the future.

We know that our mood is up and down, but we have to know how to overcome bad mood, since it will bring negative effect on how we would break our best.
