All or nothing!
Taking the easy way is sometimes the best way, and sometimes it isn’t. Making excuses when things aren’t easy is the fool’s way, and likewise accepting others passing off excuses and reasons for or against something is poor form. You will desensitize yourself to getting fed bullshit if you allow the nonsense to be constantly believed.
You have to give the world what you are willing to take. If you go balls to the wall and get hella stuff done, then the world will respond accordingly. But if you half ass everything, hand out excuses like halloween candy and could care less about what it is you’re involved in, the universal law of payback will get you exactly the amount of nonsense and excuses queued up to be sent right back at you.
Always be a pillar of integrity and an example for others to emulate & follow. You will gain respect from places you may have overlooked, and you will be a trusted representative of the right way to approach the good times and the tough ones. Excuses are for idiots! Valid reasons and explanations are a better way to go.

Well said, excuses is the mechanism of our brain to take the easy way out. However, things may not always be smooth and it needs perseverance to reach the top. Make no excuse and keep on hustle!
