Many trains have been missed by people waiting for time to heal their wounds, before they apply again for that contract , or before they tried training again for that competition they lost.
Whatever happened in the past is already gone, but holding on to it will only bring hurt and cripple you.
We have to be in charge all the time or our emotions will rule us.
