Very true @sandstorm, rather than procrastinate the tasks to be stressful, why not just start doing it. Even completing parts of it is an accomplishment to be rewarded. We may be used to instant gratification, hence not able to accept that some works need to be done in a longer time range manner.
Agreed, sometimes just getting some things done now and not putting it off can lead to getting more done even sooner rather than later.
