Good date...! You will not believe me, but I have always shared that phrase. I know people who say: "I do not have hair on my tongue to say things to people in their face" (as they say in my country) and I always asked them: "but are you really prepared to be told to you? " because the majority I know gets angry. How easy it is to say, but how hard it is to listen. In my particular case, sometimes it bothers me but I keep quiet, because something will be right in what they tell me. Have a happy day.-.-

That's very true. Many times those who criticize do not like to be criticized. As a baker and student, I receive constructive criticism and advice from experts every day. I certainly appreciate this type of comments because, in addition to enriching my knowledge, I can improve every day @goodvibrations

if you have done something and you want other's to review your work, you should get yourself ready to listen positive as well as negative views,
positive reviews will give you happiness, but the most important negative views give you the lesson and you'll get knowledge about the things in which you need improvement :)

This is so true, we need to accept critism specially when we know that we are wrong and don't pretend that you know everything.
As your last quote said, that everyone have flaws. We commit mistakes and when someone corrects or criticized us we should have an open heart to accept. For this serves as a learning expirience, again for us to grow

I don't mind constructive criticism when it's asked for and if it's expressed as an opinion not fact. I really dislike people "coaching" me though when I've not asked for their advice. 😊
Yes that can be irritating. The quote, though, refers to when we ask for an opinion and then reject it out of hand.

In criticism not only is the bag, we must take advantage of the good and we must not forget it.
I have encountered a lot of people who have this kind of attitude. These people can't take criticism. These kind of people are perfectionist and self-centered and their ego are off the charts.
It does make it more difficult.
Great quote! Too true, it seems that most of the time people just want a to hear their praises sung, despite the fact that genuine constructive criticism would probably do them far more good in the long run!
It's never easy getting criticism but if we take it in and meditate on it we can learn a lot!
