True, an helping hand always get peace in heart in return, and don't help others because you are superior but help others because it's your duty, in my opinion we all are one tribe and that is humanity and we should help each other in the phase of adversity and you said right when we help someone then the weight of burden which we were holding that get lessen. So never think twice to do good because good things only produces goodness and we have to spread goodness around us so that everyone can happily live, if we want, then the whole world can live like one world and one family and also can share the resources with the people who are facing the scarcity but before thinking this we should have to get rid of greediness, otherwise it's really difficult. Although we go through life making plans to improve, trying not to create conflicts and looking for happiness in everything that surrounds us, it is difficult to avoid it when things do not go as we want and lose control of the situation, is when we need a helping hand that support us, the simple fact of knowing that someone is willing to listen or help with their advice can make a difference for a friend or a person who is going through bad times.
Yes we can certainly make a difference!
