@sandstorm I think some detoxes have value but one needs to be careful about selecting which program you will follow. Some are falsely advertised and infact could be harmful. THIS however, what you have mentioned, is something far simpler but something that many people sadly overlook. Nice post! :)

Good advice on being aware about detox programs too, the wrong one can really be harmful, thanks for mentioning that!
