I don't know why but my quote sounds a bit weird, probably writing 'as much as possible' would have been better but I didn't really feel like to. Anyway...

Why should you smile as often as possible?

1. To Help Yourself

Smiling is healthy. It really is and try to do it when you are in a bad mood, it definitely helps with letting yourself feel better. When angry or sad what do most people do? Negative thoughts, yelling, bothering other people, getting drunk and the list goes on and on. Next time try smiling, I bet you anything that you'll feel a lot better or at the very least it won't get worse. Smile your way to a better day...damn this last line is better than my quote, lol.

2. To be more likable

Say what you want about people being fake and I'd probably agree with most of the things you say but in our societies having many friends and acquaintances is very important and a simple thing like smiling can really go a long way.

3. To Help Others

Many times when I was in a bad mood or even in an OK mood, complete strangers out of nowhere smiled at me and that literally made my day. So why not doing that to help others feeling better? I'm sure not everyone is like me but many people do feel good when "receiving" a smile. Come on people a smile is just like a sunbeam after a downpour of rain, just do it, it doesn't cost you anything.
