THought I'd made it clear that I wasn't offering refunds on that service.. To be honest I don't have time in the day to run the upvoting service manually and then having people hound me on top of that..
I'll go have a look see and toss ya a vote, but in the future read the warnings and realize that I'm not currently setup to properly pay 4 vote.
