Panama Style Breakfast Sandwich With Squash Fries!

This is an Uber delicious meal for sure! We have a breakfast sadwich with eggs, red onion, tomato, hot sauce and crumbly South American cheese on a home made corn roll!

To make the meal even better the squash fries are dank! Slightly sweet with lots of flavor hot of the pan! They are so good don’t need any sauce or anything just some salt! Though some hot sauce could be good ;-)
