I love harvesting, especially wild sustainable superfoods!

I have been harvesting almost all my food for nearly 2 decades. I do that because it’s the most sustainable way possible to eat.

It’s also far healthier to be eating wild and fresh food.

Tamarind is a very unique and interesting super food. It has a sour and seeet flavor, one of the most candy like natural foods I have ever had.

You know they are greasy to harvest when the shell is crispy and somewhat hollow. The shell will crunch in your fingers like an egg shell. The sears inside are very sticky. If the shell is hard and full or there is green inside then it’s not ready.

I harvested many lbs and bags of these delicious and nutritious treats!

Get out in nature and enjoy the bounties of the land!

Awesome!

Thanks! It's good to have a special food

These look so cool and I love new plants. Do you know if they would grow in New England or in the south of England? I don't eat refined sugars or carbs so these would be a great treat!

Yes so cool!
They are great but no they won’t grow anywhere but in tropics.
