Yoga Quilt
This awesome quilt was made by my talented sister in law Marlena Asprey. She does amazing work and I am so lucky to have received such a beautiful gift!!
I love the colors and I love seeing the yoga poses. some, I can do. Others - hmm - maybe not. But it is all good as long as we move our bodies somehow - right?
Just wanted to share this with you because I love it so much.

She would!! I think if people don't sew or quilt, they have no idea how much work that was... I only can hang with speed quilts - don't have the patience for making something like this.
