series of poems, where the focus is on something to be defeated
known as 'The Beast(s)'.

of this menacing beast, so let's dive right in to the stanzas.

Horrid Nightmare

Should you undertake this most precarious of tasks
then prepare well your mind and mettle.
'The Beasts' who roam those depths are cunning and relentless
and your pain-coloured death will not see them settle.

You must strike direct their three monstrous hearts
as each beat is in tune with their wretched corruption.
They drink spirits from a chalice of metal and bone
only becoming drunk off your limb's abruption.

Their saliva is a putrid scourge to your flesh
and the lore claims each breath they draw rots the air,
so be not surprised if they flee not in fear
for 'The Beasts' appearance is a horrid nightmare.
