If he is really in love with other lady then it will hurt her but she demands him to reveal everything. It's hard to live with such a person who is uncaring and love with other lady. But she needs to be strong.

Exactly my friend, he needs to come out clean by being truthful. He shouldn't keep playing with their hearts as if they mean nothing.
