Can someone tell me which dapps deduct how much benefactor reward in Steem ecosystem? If there is any consolidated list which shows the details of benefactor reward dapps wise, then please share it?
While we cannot speak for other apps, we can certainly speak for ours.
Vimm currently takes a 12% beneficiary cut. We use these funds to cover the costs of running our livestream servers. At one point, we had a slider that would allow users to increase their beneficiary amount given to us. There are a few nutcases like @ddrfr33k who increased their beneficiary cut to 20%, but most people who did opt to increase chose something around 15%.

Example: if you post dtube, you can see at this page howe much is the percentage of dtube benefactor....
