Who/what are AWS Experts? What do they do?

AWS (Amazon web services) is an intricate web. Although I'm not a developer/programmer, I know how frustrating it can be. There are plenty of rants online to support my statement.

So instead of trying to make your way through the rough seas, you simply hire someone who knows the terrain. That person is an AWS expert

I'm summary, an AWS expert is someone that knows the different areas of AWS and can help you reach your objectives (for a price though)
