The 25 in your name in your reputation. You can increase this by writing quality posts, comment on posts, etc... But this does not happen overnight. Interact with other steemers by upvoting their post or comments (like this one :)).
Everybody starts with rep 25. This can increase but also decrease.
The fastest way is that a steemer with a high reputation upvotes your post or comment!
