What are the skills that can change someone’s life?

The most important skill in our life is our ability to assess the situation. If someone can’t judge the situation and work accordingly, then his all other skills become meaningless. The most important skills which can change our life are discussed below:
Adaptability: This skill helps us to work according to the situation. It can change the situation when something is not going as we had planned. With this skill, we can assess the situation; our capacities and resources and use them effectively to work according to the situation. This skill makes us capable to handle and work in any situation.
Networking and social skill: This can be very helpful in finding jobs and various other assignments. Most of the people are successful because they know how to build a network and use them for their own advantages. Most of the business cannot grow without a smart networking and social skills.
Reading and writing multiple languages: This skill can be handy. One can work easily in many parts of the world if one is well versed in the language of the area where one wishes to work. One can also work as translator and earn one’s livelihood using this skill.
Driving: This skill has become very important in the present world. If someone knows driving, he can work as a driver in any company or organization. Someone can also hire him as his personal driver. If he is a skillful driver, he can be recruited by the police department. If he is not able to find work, he can run a taxi as well. Drivers of the heavy vehicles are always in demand.
Public speaking and communication skill: If someone doesn’t show shyness while speaking in public, he can be a leader or journalist. With the good communication skill, one has many choices to get attractive jobs.
Media editing: With this skill, one can work with any media institute or work independently. One can also work as a freelancer or open his/her website.
Music and dance: A well versed person in music or dance can be recruited by various music bands and film and television producers. One can be rich and famous with this skill. One can also work as a music and dance teacher.
Art and craft: An artist can earn so much income for his/her single artwork that a normal person earns in his/her whole life. So, this skill cannot be underestimated.
Computer programming: If someone is an expert in this skill, he can be recruited by any big IT or software company/organization or he/she can start his/her own business. One can also start one’s own website and earn from it.
Cooking: Cooking is a great art. It is the skill which is necessary for our own survival. An expert cook can be recruited by any big hotels or he can start his own cooking classes or kitchen. One can start one’s one food chain or make and upload cooking related videos on YouTube or d.tube channels, etc. So, this skill can be plenty useful to be successful in life. Don’t we know many celebrity chefs?
Writing skill: If someone can write nice articles, short stories or novels, she can adopt a career of a writer. She can also write blogs and earns through it or can publish ebooks and earn a decent income.
Photography and video making: With this skill one can be very famous on internet. Excellent quality photos and videos can help someone to earn through various social media platforms like Instagram, steepshot.io, d.tube, dlive, YouTube, Steemit.com, musing.io, tumblr.com etc.
Acting: This is a dream career for many. Many of us dreams to be a famous actor or actress. If someone is very talented and lucky, this skill can take him/her to the heights of the success and make him/her a rich and famous person.
Accounting: This skill is very useful for getting a handsome job in any organization. Need of accountancy will always remain there because nothing can work in an organization without preparing accurate accounts.
These are a few skills which can change anybody’s life. There are many more skills which can also be effective in changing one’s life. However, success depends on many factors like economic conditions, family background, determination, talent, timing, adaptability, hard-working, and off course-luck.

Social skill and the ability of effective communication is very important for us. As a human beings we cannot live secluded life because we are social animal. These qualities are not the most important but one of the most important because they give us advantage over other people. I have seen myself that most of the people get job not because of their qualities and degrees but because of their social networking. No company will recruit a person who is not able to communicate. Even for maintaining family relations, communication skill is very necessary.
