what is vegetarian?
a vegetarian is someone who does not eat foods that consist of or have been made with animal.like meat,poultry,fish also egg. in a word vegetarians are those people who doesn't eat meat ,poultry or seafood.

there are different types of vegetarian,they are -

1.vegan(total vegetarians):
they are not eat meat,poultry,fish or any products derived from animals,including eggs,dairy products and gelatin.
2.lacto-ovo vegetarians:
they also does not eat meat ,poultry or fish but they eat eggs and dairy products.
3.lacto vegetarian:
eat no meat ,poultry,fish or dairy products but they eat eggs.
4.partial vegetarian :
avoid meat but may eat fish or poultry.

According to the Wikipedia around the world there are 1450 million vegetarian because of necessity and another 75 million of their own choice.that means approximately 21.8% of the world's population are vegetarian.

1.For health:
firstly, it increased our energy,keeps our skin younger.
secondly, vegetable maintain our eternal youth.
thirdly, Its have rich protein,iron,calcium
fourthly, Vegetable reduce our fat and it also have low fat.
and finally it is scientifically proven that vegetable have good benefit for health.

2.For environment:
Every body know that meat is not green.For meat industries we destroy our green environment .Another hand meat industry is also one of the biggest causes of climate change.

3.Help feed the world:
To farming animal need lots of food.for 13 pound of grain to produce just 1 pound of animal flesh.It takes tons of crops to raise farmed.I thing that food could be used much efficiently if it were fed directly to people.

4.Best way to help animal:
we should be kindly to animal. Every life have value and if we can live with out animal food and also can stay healthily ,so we should stop eating animal.By starting eat vegetable we can saves more than n 100 animals a year.

8.Who have bad smell on body ,vegetable helps smell better for body.
Of course there have also some side effect of vegetarian,like maintain social program and also have some vitamin issue. But it also can solve ,over all its very helpful for our self also other self.we should think about or car about our self and other self.
