What Does Quarashi Network?
Quarashi Network is the first decentralized chat application that allows users to enjoy encrypted chat, multi-cryptocurrency wallet, and exchange services.
The Quarashi Network Utility Token, QUA, is responsible for the functionality of the platform. People on the platform will use this token to make all of their money transactions with each other. The utility token will also be used for rewarding users who are able to discover security holes on the platform.
The Quarashi Network is about leveraging cutting-edge technology to power the best cryptocurrency ecosystem for end-users. It includes many different modules and strategies, all working together to create a truly unique platform for users and developers alike. The Quarashi Network will begin development on blockchain technology that is specifically designed for the entire cryptocurrency ecosystem. This blockchain technology will be developed to be scalable in order to accommodate mass adoption of cryptocurrencies on a global level.
The Quarashi Network will develop a decentralized system of governance that allows for the fair distribution of power across all network users, while still providing open access to the network. This project will mirror some of the aspects of the Steemit social media platform, while also introducing new technologies that are unique to the Quarashi Network.
Concept Of Quarashi Network
The Quarashi Network will develop itself as a product and platform, and then enable other products to be developed on top of it, both by the Company as well as by third parties. The platform will continuously change and evolve as new developments are made on top of it.
The Quarashi Network will be a collection of modules:
Core - the main module, which will have the basic features to ensure the proper operation of the platform;
Products - generic, expected, augmented and potential products to be developed in order to serve different needs (e.g. games where users are able to place bets with QAR);
Services - additional services such as support for companies or individuals who wish to create games on top of the platform;
Partnerships - strategic partnerships that might lead to integrations of third party services into the Quarashi Network;
Expansion - additional features that might come in handy in the future, but cannot be considered generic (e.g. cryptocurrency transfers or shares).

Enable the implementation of the Quarashi Network and its infrastructure through the initial sale of Quarashi Network Token (QUA) by allocating 35% (500.000.000 QUA) of Quarashi Tokens for the public sale;
Establish and maintain a strong working relationship between Quarashi Network Foundation and Quarashi Network community by allocating 10% (100.000.000 QUA) of total tokens available for the community reward program;
Build decentralized applications that can be used as an open source platform for our community members by allocating 18% (200.000.000 QUA) of total tokens available for developers via the Quarashi Network DApp Incubator Program;
Promote the adoption of Quarashi Network and increase the active users in order to enhance network security, stability and scalability by allocating 20% (225.000.000 QUA) of total tokens towards marketing activities.
