Quantstamp and Proof-of-caring

in #quantstamp7 years ago

I’m looking at Quantstamp at the moment.

The whole idea is about auditing smart contracts. Both automated and non-automated. Rewards to nodes and as bounties. It is solving a real problem.

  • The team looks very solid with experience and it looks like good team of advisors be on board.

  • They have a prototype (solidity analyzer) and a good set of documentation. A good white paper with details around technicals and a clear roadmap available. Active Github. And the Request Network ICO was audited by Quantstamp.

  • The Quantstamp team could spend some time on developing their web site.

  • There seems to be an active and engaged community around the project with over over 8000 members in the Telegram group.

  • The token crowdsale also looks reasonable. Both cap and distribution.

Now I’ll go back and spend some more time on the white paper and the token usage :)

Looks interesting. What competitors are rising in this area of smart-contract validation and assurance?

To my knowledge they have a first mover advantage here. But like with anything in the crypto universe right now I'm sure there are/will be other players including Ethereum. Let me know if you find anything interesting :)
