Quail chicks. can be fed on a plate for the first two weeks. Otherwise use one-inch-tall blue design feeding troughs that are not covered. Do not place pots under the lamp in the middle of the brooder system.

Feed twice a day. For the first 5 days in the chicks' drinking water should be mixed with any anti-bacterial or anti-bacterial drug, B complex. This requires the advice of a veterinarian. Feeding and drinking troughs can be placed in a square arrangement at each of the next four corners of the farm, leaving the chicks without food or water. Quail chicks consume 71 g of feed in the first week. Thus 42 g body weight will be one hundred and one gram weight by the second weekend, one hundred and one gram weight weight by the second and second weekend, 157 g weight by the third week, 112 gm weight by the fourth week and 263 gm weight by the eighth week.

Because the chicks are small in size its feed should be called small granules Wild and poultry feed raw materials should be used.

Protein in the feed should be adequate. Bulls raised for meat will gain weight well up to 6 weeks of gestation and their mortality rate will be 10 to 15 per cent, most of which will be lost within the first five days.
