What has changed in the last decade? Smartphones and the internet have made the data rich, popular and valuable. Whether you're running, watching television, or even just sitting in a car, almost all your activities create digital traces - raw materials to produce data. When devices from the watch to the car are connected to the Internet, the amount of data is increasing: there are estimates that a self-driving vehicle will generate 100 gigabytes per second.

Meanwhile, artificial intelligence techniques also help to generate more value from the data. The algorithms can predict when customers are ready to buy an item, a jet engine that needs maintenance or a person at risk of diseases. What is Quadrant protocol?

Quadrant serves as the blueprint that provides an organized system for the utilization of the centralized data. They provide infrastructure that facilitates the exchange of DaaS and AI services between organizations. Quadrant also aims to address the inexplicit issues in the data injured industry which lead to a lot of fraud where companies are hiding their source. With transparency is advertised. The stamping protocol is a system use to provide the authenticity of data. We have the nursery atomic data that will create original data records. They create “stars” (also known as raw data) which can be grouped into constellations. Nurseries will be remunerated appropriately for any data they provide regardless of how many times. It is sold by Pioneers on Quadrant Network. It will be able to see how far up the chain that their data is used, they can provide data to multiple constellations that solve diffrerent problems. Pioneers - data providers create data products with smart contracts on the Quadrant. Pioneers will be able to prove the ownership of the data product and ensure that they transact only what they stamp.

Project will potentially help them to be seen as transparent and trusted supplier. They are designed to ensure consistent sharing of feeds with entities that use their feeds as well as automated incentive sharing. We have Elons – the visionaries that utilize the creative data products with them, build new and unique product and services. They rely on constellations and design constellations that are meaningful in terms of data space. They will travel throught. Elons have the ability to change the world by using the constellations mapped to the Quadrant.

Guardians is the master nodes that protect the integrity of the chain ensuring that it is not compromised. The Guardians ensure that the constellations created by Pioneers are not compromised and provide the services of stamping authenticity. Quadrant is intended to have following features that are aimed at helping to solve the problems of the data economy. Proof of data authenticity provenance constellations from disparate data source and fair remuneration and incentives sharing. The foudations of the data economy must be built on trust. Blockchain is the perfect candidate to facilitate the trust. It offers an immutable record of historical activity. Quadrant require all data which is publicly stamped, so the origin will always be know. Any stakeholder can learn the provence of a data at any time.

They have a big team and strong advisors. The Quadrant project leader is Mike Davie. He is also the CEO of DataStreamX. DataStreamX is an online marketplace for real-time data including those created by M2M, IoT and Big Data applications. The experience from DataStreamX inspired him to create the Quadrant. The rest of them come from DataStreamX, who are talented people in various fields to contribute to the success of the project.

The Quadrant network will use two different currencies for its protocol: eQuad and QUAD. eQuad is a digital token reserved for the ERC-20 standard on the Ethereum block that will be sold and can be converted to QUAD via the gateway when the final Quadrant Network is launched.

QUAD is a utility token that will be used as a unit of exchange between participants on the Quadrant network. QUAD is required as a virtual "fuel" encoder to use some of the functions designed on the Quadrant network and be consumed to encourage participants to contribute and maintain the Quadrant.
