QiQi Learns About Finances, Responsibility & Math For Fun In Real Life
It’s not necessary to sit down and do school work for children to learn about what’s actually important in life.
All real world experiences teach what’s actually important.
Reading, math, responsibility, money management, comparison, quantifying etc were all learned in this one fun experience.
QiQi wanted ice cream but I don’t ever buy processed foods. She does have her own money though so as far as I am concerned she can spend it on whatever she wants.
So we went to town and looked in the shops to see what options were available. Unfortunately there was zero healthy or high quality ice creams.
She wanted some of the single packaged treats but I showed her that there is way more packaging and also way less ice cream for the $ than if you buy a whole gallon tub.
So after about a 1/2 hour of quantifying prices per Oz etc she decided on the best value tip of cookies and cream.
She learned all of this and paid her self with her own money in one simple fun real world experience.
Mmmmmmmmm
Yea!!!!! Go QiQi GO!!!!!!
The natural method of living!!!! And...she had a lot of ice cream to share with others - extra bonus!
