THE END TO THE PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH OLD LOYALTY REWARDS: QIIBE IS THE ANSWER

Over recent years, the idea of loyalty rewards has turned sour due to the numerous hiccups encountered by participants. These rewards should be rewarding, but how sad it is to note that they have become problems in supposedly coated comfort.

A loyalty reward is a program offered by a firms or company to customers who over time constantly make purchases from the company. A loyalty program may give a customer free merchandise, rewards, coupons, or even advance released products.

These programs in a way are ancient, but the rate of participation by customers is relatively indifferent, I like to say that it has become more complicated and uncertain to a great deal. The entire market isn’t on that height it was before.

But for record of positivity

I garnered that it is much more straightforward and easier for a firm to sell to an existing or old customer than to find a new one. Due to ease in identity, less expenses and faster market turnover and finally less cost. Hence, loyalty reward as a facilitator

But then

I think the idea of collecting tons of hardware cards, coupons and other reward collectibles in the name of loyalty points is tiring. I don’t know about you but I opened my wallets few weeks back and I was amazed that I had cards that could be shared to a sizeable community. This to me is stressful and unrewarding in nature. Not to mention the data collecting race happening behind many different curtains.

BELOW ARE SOME SUMMARIZED PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH OLD LOYALTY REWARDS.

MANY BELOW ARE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

Loyalty rewards that are hard to convert to desired need (INABILITY TO LIQUIDATE): I had a card from a business center that offers computer services, the reward card was due to the fact that I usually make use of their computers. I was initially happy that I've got a card. So i needed to convert into something else, so I could use for other things. But, it was refused and rejected. I was told it's specific for a particular purpose
CONFUSION DUE TO A BAG WITH SO MUCH REWARDS AND CARD: When you collect lots of cards from the loyalty reward, you will end up confusing one with the other, this was a problem for me, when I had 4 similar cards for a different pharmacist shops, I became confused to which one that belongs to which, it can be annoying.
EXPIRY DATES: These cards from our rewarding platforms have expiry dates; they might just get stocked up in your hands, even when you have not even used them. You might just have wasted your reward program

DOWNSIDE OF LOYALTY PROGRAMS FOR COMPANIES

Due to the fact that businesses want a boom and increase in sales, they have adopted loyalty reward programs that at a long run have become a problem to them. Some of them include:

• OPERATIONAL RISKS SUCH AS PERSONAL INFORMATION HANDLING INCUR SECURITY COST AND PROCEDURES IN ORDER TO AVOID BREECHES.
• EXPENSIVE TO SET UP
• DIFFICULTY IN ATTRACTING NEW CUSTOMERS

Consumers will also be able to send points to other people on the platform they may want to gift or trade with. This one is getting me excited already. Just like transferring on blockchains. I can send points to my friend so they could still benefit, especially when I have more reward points

PROTECTION OF ACCOUNTS AND INFORMATION

Because it is built on the blockchain technology, maximum protection is given to customers as regards to their personal information, this is done through encryptions by coders that make use of blockchain technology.

All these benefits will greatly improve customers experience and also attract new customers into the system.

TOKEN REWARD OF THE BLOCK CHAIN TECHNOLOGY

The name of qiibee's Token is called QBX and it is built on the Ethereum blockchain. QBX can be seen as the mother currency as it is used to enter and exit the qiibee ecosystem. Brands will have their own tokens that will be issued by qiibee that will be on a private blockchain. I made mention of the stress of having many loyalty rewards stucked up in your wallets. I believe customers would use their points and rewards more often, reducing the piles in rewards.

Good riddance to a bad rubbish.
