My Qatar trip

I wanted to show you some pictures from Doha, the capital of the imho closed country. Last year I managed to spend three days there. I will explain why these 3 days were poor :).

At the beginning view from and on Al Corniche, Doha showcase:

There is a strong cult of power here, in the picture from the left we see the former Emir (Hamad) and his son, the current Emir of Qatar. Such portraits can be found in many places, it was just in the hotel.

Now the most interesting flavor, the Katara beach. Segregation on the beach (singles have a separate part of the beach, families separate), everywhere women during bathing must be covered up to the ankles and up to wrists on the hands.

Generally all 3 days I was sitting in the hotel pool, no entertainment, no things to see, alcohol available, but very difficult access to enter the pub where they serve alcohol, you must be sober and scan the passport :)
