RE: Syria, The Golan Heights and The 'Civil War'

in #qanon6 years ago

Yes Syria is responsible.
Nobody forced them to declare war on Israel in 1948.
Nobody forced Syria to fund and support Islamist Hezbollah and their attacks on Israel.
Nobody forced Syria to turn Lebanon into a shithole (former "Jewel of the middle east ")but now these same tactics have been turned against them.

Good for Israel standing against it's enemies.

Sort:

So you freely admit that it isn't a 'civil war' at all and support that? And you think that'll bring peace to Israel?

Not a civil war, just like the rest of the "Arab Spring" it was a Colour Revolution which is a destabilization campaign first used to destabilize Serbia.

It already has brought peace to Israel, the predicted second war with Hezbollah has still not happened.

If you find these tactics immoral, that is a condemnation of Syria who has used these very same tactics for the past 70 years destroying Lebanon and terrorizing Israel.

Syria declared war on Israel and has not ended that war and now the chickens have come home to roost. That is to bad for the Syrian people but blaming Israel for a war started by Syria is disingenuous to say the least.

Well we can disagree about the dynamics of what caused the war, but now Israel has a very pissed off Russia on it's border for the next 50 years. I'd say they made a strategic mistake there.
