Sally Yates is an American attorney who during the Obama administration served as the US Deputy Attorney General from January 2015 to January 2017. She was thrust deep into the limelight for refusing to acknowledge Trump‘s executive order on immigration which led to her firing as the Acting US Attorney General, a position she served for just 10 days under the Trump-led administration. Here is everything you need to know about Sally Yates.

Sally’s father named John Kelley Quillian was a judge and served on the Georgia Court of Appeals between 1966 and 1984. Unfortunately, Sally’s father committed suicide shortly after he retired from service. Her mother, Xara “Mickey” DeBeaugrine Quillian (née Terrell) was an interior designer. She died in 2012 at the age of 81.

While going to school she served as the staff assistant for Democrat Congressman Jack Brinkley.

Republicans on the House Intelligence and Judiciary committees have argued that the documents showcase alleged anti-Trump bias within the DOJ and thus discredit special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

The GOP has long questioned whether the federal probe into potential collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia was launched based on the controversial dossier from former British spy Christopher Steele.

Ohr's wife, Nellie Ohr, worked for Fusion GPS, the firm that funded Steele’s research behind the document.

Axios noted that Ohr did not disclose on federal forms that his wife worked on Russia-related matters for the firm during the presidential election.

Ohr, who previously served as associate deputy attorney general, was demoted late last year over his contacts with Steele.

Trump has escalated his attacks on Ohr in several weeks, asking in a tweet "how the hell" Ohr was still employed at the DOJ.

"I think Bruce Ohr is a disgrace," Trump tweeted in July. “I suspect I'll be taking it [Ohr's security clearance] away very quickly. For him to be in the Justice Department and doing what he did, that is a disgrace.”

According to the report, Schneiderman had, between about 2013 and 2016, committed acts of violence against four of his romantic partners: the blogger and activist Michelle Manning Barish, the author and actor Tanya Selvaratnam, an unnamed female lawyer, and a fourth woman. The women said that Schneiderman had repeatedly choked, hit or violently slapped them, all without their consent. Mayer and Farrow reported that they confirmed the women's allegations with photographs of wounds and bruises, as well as with statements from friends in whom the women had confided after the assaults.

In his initial response to the allegations, Schneiderman said: "'In the privacy of intimate relationships, I have engaged in role-playing and other consensual sexual activity.
