There are entire publications that fall under the heading of psyco-babble, and say nothing; to claim some foggy merit.
Placing the word "quantum" and the word "physical"; and implying they actually have meaning is in this camp.
That combined with the fact that a "moor" is a black muslim arab, who can do nothing to clarify this improper use of terms; leads me to surmise that this discussion has, in fact; no factual reference points! The likely hood of positive transfer approaches unity, as I only operate in the physical universe.
