Wrote out a reply and then forgot to post it, so...
It was a good idea but it really needed a bigger userbase to succeed. Sorry to see it go but I can understand. Takes a while to flag all the trash posts :P
BTW, what's the voting bot doing rn? I just got a flag on a 2 week old post from it :D
So apparently even if you take down the site from the public, jobs will still run in the background. I imagine there was a bug somewhere such that the application simply re-found old content. I've turned the jobs off so I'm pretty sure there will not be any surprise flags on old content in the near future.
