[Python3] Miniconda install on Windows 10

Google Search -> miniconda install

On this page, if your computer has a 64-bit operating system (most likely) select the 64-bit (exe installer) for Python 3.7 and Windows.

You must be choice 2.7 version or 3.7 version.
Python 2.7 and 3.7 is different.

Go to the download directory you have set up and run the icon.
install Start :D
