Very good, for frequently asked questions when voice hangout takes place. Some people can not use post-promotion in server steemit ramble, whether it's spam or anything else that happens.
That is correct @elmicta. There are rules for use of the post-promotion channel. Those who don't follow those rules and ignore being reminded to do so, lose the privilege of posting to those channels.
