I think answer is

The answer is 38. The geometric shape is 15, the bunch of bananas is 4 and the clock is 3 buuuut if you pay attention on the last operation the clock instead of 3 is showings 2 so any hour is 1, the bunch of bananas is 3 instead of 4 and the shape is 11 instead of 15. So is gonna be 2+3+3*11=38
