Decision to leave the country temporarily in July, 2009 to avoid being murdered

On July 7, 2009 Manuel Andrade’s lawyers requested to move trial to a different city outside Anzoátegui State (where it became of public concern) in order to gain time and have a different judge.
On July 22, 2009, Andrade’s defense requests were denied again a request to move the trial to a different jurisdiction.
I suspected I could be identified given my connection to Roy Carson and his website about Venezuela. A Vheadline.com newsletter in Spanish under the name of Jose Herrera had just been launched online.The murderer's defense alleged that online press articles were discrediting their client.
There were many people in the local government connected to the corruption operations with Andrade and they could find my identity out through the internet. I thought I needed to leave while the murder case was not over. I thought that somehow I would be safer if the murder got sentenced.
The masterminds of the murder were trying to go to any court in Caracas claiming that their family would be at risk and their company’s reputation had been compromised, denying any culpability and alleging defamation. This indicated to the victim’s family and friends, that the masterminds were trying to delay the verdict until they found a judge that would take a bribe or something of the sort.
In actuality, there were powerful politicians trying to prolong the case until the victim's widower ran out of funds to pay for the lawyers keeping the case alive. Prosecution was not going to be pushed by the state given pressure from powerful allies of the murderers network of corrupt politicians and contractors.
Not suspecting all this and only fearing the mastermind murderer and his ability of perhaps hiring another team of killer to my home, I decided to relocate to the United Kingdom temporarily.
