Indian Captain Virat Kohli shared a video with his Instagram followers on Saturday. A young child is seen in terrible condition with fear in her eyes as an unseen woman teaches her.

The child is petrified and crying.

Kohli shared the video with a message that everyone need to read and implement. Kohli wrote 'The fact that the pain and anger of the child is ignored and ones own ego to make the child learn is so massive that compassion has totally gone out of the window. This is shocking and saddening to another dimension. A child can never learn if intimidated. This is hurtful.'

Punishing kids in the name of learning must end. This is barbarity not education.
