Blue Mountain School District in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania has announced it has solved the problem of school shootings by placing a bucket of stones inside each classroom, which the children can throw at the shooter.

I'm not sure if the box of rocks in the closet of each classroom is supposed to indicate the intelligence level of the people presenting this solution, or if they wanted to help people taking a knife to a gunfight not feel quite as stupid about their choice.
If only they hadn't banned the dodgeballs...
I still have a permanent tattoo of the red rubber ball design on my back. Maybe they could train some students to be marksmen sniper spitball shooters.
