feeling like a punching bag at work?

Now you may wonder what i mean with the title. Its more of when you are the guy at work who are getting all the complains and shouting if something its wrong . Even when its not even you who have done it. Some people just gonna remind you everyday. It can be a bit of pain and annoy you and draging you down. Now i want to know have some of you guys ever being the punching bag?
