Persea Americana, (AGUACATE)

Persea americana, commonly known as avocado or avocado is an arboreal species of the genus Persea belonging to the Lauraceae family, originally from Mesoamerica and domesticated by the indigenous peoples of that area about 7000 years ago, but with evidence of use in Coaxcatlán (Mexico) about 10,000 years ago

Aguacate salad, easy, fast and very simple.
It is a salad of those that are prepared instantly and takes slices of tomatoes, avocado, onion, coriander or cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to taste.

This simple salad can also be served as a side dish. It can be a complete dish (light, but complete) if it is served with bread toast or as a sandwich.
