Living the PTSD
Hello this is my first post.
My name is dor cohen and i have served in the IDF (Israel defence force) for 3 years.
Finished my serve in 2007, However For the last 10 years i always wanted to write about my life after the war in
Lebanon, which took place at 2006, but i never had the chance to write about it , Meanlly because i think i dont really wanted to ?
maybe i was to shy to talk about?
Felt low esteem?
dont know if im ready to face people asking questions ?
2 Hours ago when i registered to steemit i thought maybe to write posts about Crypto Cuurencies or other stuff, but
i thought maybe this is the time to face my stories and feelings , i am new here but i dont know how this works around
here but anyway i am starting to write my day in a life living with PTSD ,even if no one will ever read this ,at least i will
have my Own diary. :-)
