A lost of buzz about Ripple, and for good motives i may say...
As many should know Xrapid is going to be used in internacional tranfers, to have an ideia SWIFT does about 5 trillion volume a day.
Have in notion that Ripple marketcap is about 20 Billions. So how does the adoption of XRapid by the internacional bankers impact XRP price!?
Everybody is saying that banks are not going to buy XRP...
Well i can say that those people are deeply wrong...
First of all Banks are not stupid. Having that in noticion, you realize that this adoption is the firts step of making XRP the internacional coin of bankers...
Why do i go so far i my afirmation!?
Well, banks could use Xrapid without having to use XRP...But they choosed to...
And they know that XRP market doens´t have engouh liquidity to handle a 0% loss or gain in 3 second (a lot of things happen in a short period of time).
So what will they do knowing that they choose the transition of fiat to XRP in internacional tranfers!?
They will increase liquidity first of all, that means we should be seeing high volumes on XRP, and guess what, XRP 7 day volume is higher that December...
Remember that Thuesday (tomorrow) is the day that banks make their financial move and XRP went from 0,27$ to 0,80$.
Giving a average price of 0,53$.
A little bit over 100% profit from lows.
You may say...Ohhh that´s a lot of profit we should sell...
Well in financial markets is no that simple, 100% increase with so much volume, and so good fundamentals means that a rise in price shoud be sustained for a while.
Ripple CEO said that the use of Xrapid would go live in the end of this Month....
This means that the price should sustain prices FOR SHURE until the end of the Month.
And the reason is very simple, banks will put liquidity into the market, the psicological 1$ for XRP may even be a must for bankers.
The move to 0,80$ may be consider as signal of that...
But this part is just speculation.
The one thing i am shure is that banks will buy XRP so that they can sell and maitain the transaction low for the customer but profitable for the banker, otherwise they would choose Xrapid without using XRP token.
