I have been receiving upvotes from @bidvote for months, daily. Today, when I sent the steems, I received the following memo: "Refund for invalid bid: 10.000 STEEM - The author of this post is on the blacklist."
What blacklist? Why was I put on a blacklist? Could you please tell me? Thanks.
