That's cool. It would take discipline to do so, but it would be an interesting exercise to try. Could be a good way to get thoughts and subconscious thoughts out where your active brain can deal with them. Have you done this? If so, what effect did it have on you?
I found out about this method a week ago. So I did not have time to try it on myself. I think that this should bring results. But here the rule is: "Until you try it yourself - you do not know the truth"
