When we see any film with disturbing situations, such as death, injustice, suffering, abuse, we can feel like that person says that pain. We put ourselves in the place of that character and we come to feel empathy, to see the suffering of another person, the areas of our brain that regulate in pain are activated and moves our human capacity to feel.
Our own emotional state affects our capacity for empathy. Emotions change the way our brain responds to other people, even when they suffer.

When we feel bad emotionally, this emotional state affects how we relate to our environment.

Our mood can be contagious, it handles behavior in many ways. We have for example to control our friendships and beyond that when consuming food, we consume the less healthy things for our body.

We can be trained in compassionate and empathic feelings, our emotional responses to others are not fixed.

We can awaken our interior empathy, even in the face of the suffering of other people. We can achieve a little more positivity with good training, so we will pay more attention to the needs of others. We can improve the quality of our relationships, a key factor in the face of happiness itself.
