RE: Barely Legal Psychological Life Hacks to Make you Win at Life! Part1
That was EPIC. I laughed out loud at a few of those. And the gifs....oh, well done. :)

Thank you!
It's great to meet you! Small world- I was just over at the tabby story!
Glad to meet you, too. I hoped you might find my tabby story, when I saw your username. It kind of indicates you may like cats. :)
Shhh... Can't let everyone in on that- I already get more kittens in boxes abandoned at my door in the middle of the night than I can help by myself :) I am part of a network tho, so we have each others backs.
I got my most recent cat, Emma, through a rescue group last year. I made the mistake of looking at a Facebook page my brother's business partner recommended to me, where all the cats at the county's "kill shelter" whose time was about up were listed. My brother and his business partner also rescue TONS of cats, and a few dogs, on the side.
I couldn't stop thinking about those cats, and finally, over my husband's deep objections, I agreed to take in this teeny, tiny tabby kitten, just until she was old enough to be adopted, then send her back to the rescue group.
I taught her to eat and drink out of bowls, and how to use the litter box. When the time came to bring her in for an adoption event at the local pet store, I couldn't do it. She was mine. I loved her. Those were my exact words, actually. "No. She's mine. I love her."
So, she became my fourth cat, and I had to stop looking at that cat page on Facebook, or I'd have a house full of them. Oddly, even though Emma is the youngest cat (she just turned a year old a month ago), she is now the biggest and heaviest. When I brought her home, I could pick her up with one hand and stand up with ease. Now, I can barely pick her up with two arms from a standing position. She got BIG. She eats the same food as the other cats, so I don't know what made her so huge. She defers to the other, smaller kitties who have seniority, though, so she respects the cat hierarchy here. :)
That is good she respects her elders, lol
About her size- have you had her checked for all worms?
Lol I am guilty of THE SAME THING. I just can't NOT save them! My youngest always wants to go look at the animals at the stores, I always have to fight him. Why mom? Because I just know we'll end up bringing ANOTHER home. lol
She's been thoroughly checked by the vet at the shelter, and by my vet, so I guess she's okay on the worm thing. It's just like her body grew much faster than her head. She's still got this little kitten head, and a huge body that doesn't match it. Lol! She is super energetic, as you would expect a cat that age to be, and can jump more than 3/4 of the way to the ceiling. She's almost acrobatic. When you pick her up, she doesn't feel fat, she feels muscular. None of the other kitties in the house are like that.
I totally understand where you're coming from with the rescuing of kitties. I'd bring them all home with me if I could. I'm already one cat away from being a crazy cat lady as it is (my husband said five or more cats makes you a crazy cat lady, and I have four. Lol!).
I have four resident kitties, so I'm right there with you sister!
Eventually I want a 24 hour rescue shelter. I will work with the nearby Veterinary school for the students time in exchange for credit. It's a labor of love long in the making :)
